Aushadheeya Paanaya sinhala essay

We have a lot to drink from the benefits of Sri Lanka. Alcohol lovers choose toddy, arrack, whiskey and illicit liquor to their liking. Most ordinary people drink tea or coffee. It does not contain alcohol. But they also provide temporary energy to the body.

Certainly alcohol is bad for your health, your wallet and your society. Coffee and tea do not provide permanent strength to the body. Scientists have recently discovered that tea contributes to the strengthening of bones in the human body. Even so, owning one is still beyond the reach of the average person.

There are plenty of medicinal drinks in our country. Westerners do not get many of these medicinal drinks. According to Ayurvedic medicine, this medicinal drink strengthens the body and guarantees good health in our body. These drinks have also been found to have medicinal value. They have the ability to provide immunity to certain diseases and also improve digestion. Kedah is a drink with many properties. They are also very easy to set up.

We can also boil certain types of plants. Plants such as Beli Mal, Ranawara, Polpala and Iramusu have high medicinal value. In some families, parents adjust these to ensure their children’s health. Those children grow up strong. Porridge quenches thirst and is a good food. If you drink a cup of green tea every morning, you can forget about your breakfast if you want.

The villagers routinely drink a cup of green porridge every morning.

We have to spend some money to buy liquor, tea or coffee. But it costs no money to make green porridge. We can find all the plants we want around us without spending any money. In a poor country like Sri Lanka, people should try to drink at least one cup of green porridge. It’s good for small children too. The potion doctor will keep you away.
